医学研究生培养管理过程中的思考

研究生教育是培养高层次人才的主要途径,是国家创新体系的重要组成部分。作为研究生管理人员,要认真执行党的教育政策,在研究生教育中,全面贯彻立德树人,在研究生培养中,重视培养质量,突出创新精神和实践能力培养,为国家培养政治素质高,专业能力强的高端人才。近年来,临床型硕士的培养受到关注,通过了解,这部分学生普遍面临着临床工作压力、社交压力、学业考核压力、就业压力等,如何减轻学生压力并使其顺利完成学业值得探讨。同时,近年来,研究生思想政治教育工作也越来越重要。文章就不同的问题,在学院层面、导师层面、学生层面进行分析,结合实际工作,提出自己的一点思考。

Postgraduate education is the main channel of training highlevel talents, it is an important part of national innovation system. As a postgraduate student management staff, to fully implement the party's education policy,‘Li De Shu Ren’ as the fundamental task of postgraduate education. In the postgraduate training, attach importance to improve the quality as the main line, highlight the innovation spirit and practice ability, and train highlevel talents with high political quality and professional ability for the country. In recent years, the training of clinical masters has received attention. Through understanding, this part of the students generally faced with clinical work pressure, interpersonal pressure, test pressure and employment pressure. How to reduce the pressure and make it smooth finishing their education is worth to study. At the same time, in recent years, postgraduate ideological and political education has become more and more important. In this paper, all this issue will be analyzed in the perspective of school, teacher and student, and combining with the actual work, actively offer some thinking.
