原子吸收法血铅检测的实验室内质量控制探讨 被引量:4

摘要 目的做好血铅检测的实验室内质量控制,保证日常检测结果的精密度、准确度及可比性。方法使用博辉BH-2101S型钨舟原子吸收光谱仪测定血铅,在保证仪器正常使用及对仪器做好日常保养的情况下,严格按照操作规程进行标本采集及处理,仪器定标,进行质控,检测样本,绘制质控图,分析质控数据,填写质控报表,并定期参加室间质控。结果室内质控数据无失控,批内变异系数符合行业标准(血铅浓度≥100μg/L时,允许最大误差10%,血铅浓度20~100μg/L时,允许最大误差15%),室内质量控制符合要求,同时参加的卫生部室间质控准确率97.9%,达到优秀水平。结论本实验室血铅的检测数据精密度和准确度均符合要求可接受,为临床提供了可靠结果。 Objective To carry out the laboratory quality control of blood lead test to ensure the precision, accuracy and comparability of routine test results. Methods Determination of blood lead by Bohui BH-2101S type tungsten boat atomic absorption spectrometry ,under the circumstances of normal use of the instrument and good routine maintenance of the instrument, sample collection and processing were conducted in strict accordance with the operating procedures, instrument calibration, quality control, sample testing, quality control drawing, quality control data analysis, quality control report filling, and regular participation in interroom quality control. Results The indoor quality control data was not out of control, the intra-batch variation coefficient met the industry standards (the maximum error was allowed to be 10% when the blood lead concentration was greater than or equal to 100 μg/L, and the maximum error was 15% when the blood lead concentration was 20~100 μg/L). The indoor quality control met the requirements, and the interroom quality control accuracy rate of health department participated was 97.9%, reaching the excellent level. Conclusion The precision and accuracy of blood lead detection data in the laboratory are acceptable and reliable for clinical results.
