“柴芍六君加味方”治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of "Chaishao Liujun Modified Prescription" on Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的研究慢性萎缩性胃炎脾胃虚弱证患者采用中药柴芍六君加味方进行治疗的临床效果。方法选择以往在医院治疗的92例慢性萎缩性胃炎脾胃虚弱证患者,采用随机数字表法进行分组,将92例患者分成对照组、治疗组,每组46例。对照组患者接受胃复春进行治疗;治疗组采用柴芍六君加味方进行治疗。对比两组患者治疗总有效率、治疗前后生活质量评分和心理状态评分、药物不良反应情况、症状消失时间、胃镜检查结果复常时间、治疗总时间、对治疗方案及效果的满意度。结果治疗组患者治疗总有效率达到91.3%,高于对照组的71.7%;治疗前后生活质量评分和心理状态评分的改善效果优于对照组;药物不良反应仅有2例,少于对照组的9例;症状消失时间、胃镜检查结果复常时间、治疗总时间短于对照组;对治疗方案及效果的满意度达到95.7%,高于对照组的78.3%。组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性萎缩性胃炎脾胃虚弱证患者采用中药柴芍六君加味方进行治疗,可以在短时间内控制症状,缩短用药时间,减少药物相关不良反应,使生活质量和心理状态得到改善,从而提高治疗总有效率和患者满意度。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Chaishao Liujun modified prescription on chronic atrophic gastritis patients with spleen and stomach weakness syndrome. Methods 92 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen and stomach weakness syndrome were selected and divided into the control group and the treatment group by random number table method. Each group had 46 cases. The control group was treated with Weifuchun,while the treatment group was treated with Chaishao Liujun modified prescription. The total effective rate of treatment, quality of life score and physiological state score before and after treatment, adverse drug reactions, disappearance time of symptoms, recovery time of gastroscopy results, total treatment time, satisfaction with treatment plan and effect were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.3%, higher than 71.7% of the control group;the improvement effect of the quality of life score and physiological state score before and after treatment was better than that of the control group;the adverse drug reactions were only 2 cases, less than 9 cases of the control group;the disappearance time of symptoms, the recovery time of gastroscopy results and the total treatment time were shorter than that of the control group;the satisfaction of the treatment plan and effect was achieved 95.7%, higher than 78.3% of the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine Chaishao Liujun modified prescription can control symptoms in a short time, shorten the medication time, reduce drug-related adverse reactions, improve the quality of life and psychological state of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen-stomach weakness syndrome, thus improving the total effective rate of treatment and patient satisfaction.
