围术期护理对妊娠期糖尿病剖宫产的影响

Effect of Perioperative Nursing on Cesarean Section of Gestational Diabetes

目的探讨对妊娠期糖尿病剖宫产患者实施围手术期护理的效果。方法对产科妊娠期糖尿病剖宫产80例患者(2017年1月—2018年7月)实施观察研究,按随机数表法将患者分为常规组(n=40)和干预组(n=40),对常规组运用常规护理,对干预组运用围手术期护理干预,分析两种护理方案对患者焦虑情绪、术后疼痛、产后并发症的影响。结果干预组术前10min、术后1h焦虑评分显著低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组术后6h、术后3dVAS评分显著低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组产后产褥期感染发生率显著低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠期糖尿病剖宫产患者实施围手术期护理可有效缓解焦虑情绪,减轻术后疼痛,并降低产褥期感染风险。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of perioperative nursing for patients with gestational diabetes undergoing cesarean section. Methods 80 patients with gestational diabetes undergoing cesarean section in obstetrics department (from January 2017 to July 2018) were observed and studied. The patients were divided into the routine group (n=40) and the intervention group (n=40) according to random number table method. Routine nursing was applied to the routine group, perioperative nursing intervention was applied to the intervention group, the effects of two nursing regimens on anxiety, postoperative pain and postpartum complications were analyzed. Results The anxiety scores in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The VAS score of intervention group was significantly lower than that of the routine group 6 hours and 3 days after operation, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The incidence of postpartum puerperal infection in intervention group was significantly lower than that in the routine group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Perioperative nursing for patients with gestational diabetes undergoing cesarean section can effectively alleviate perinatal anxiety, reduce postoperative pain, and reduce the risk of infection during puerperium.
