糖尿病肾病合并高血压病患者的护理分析

Nursing Analysis of Diabetic Nephropathy Patients With Hypertension

目的分析糖尿病肾病合并高血压病患者的护理干预效果以及满意度。方法选取2017年4月—2018年2月期间医院糖尿病肾病合并高血压病患者100例,实施随机颜色球抽取的方式分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例,分别给予基础性护理干预、优质护理干预,对比两组生活质量评分、临床相关指标情况、护理满意度、疾病相关知识了解情况。结果观察组躯体功能为(9.02±0.21)分、生理功能为(8.84±0.56)分、健康状态为(9.11±0.21)分、社会功能为(9.23±0.55)分、收缩压为(125.65±10.22)mmHg、舒张压为(78.54±8.21)mmHg、24g尿蛋白为(1.02±0.44)g、血肌酐为(84.11±10.23)μmol/L、护理满意度为100.00%、疾病相关知识了解度为98.00%,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病合并高血压病患者经过优质护理干预后效果较佳,护理满意度较高。

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention and satisfaction of patients with diabetic nephropathy complicated with hypertension. Methods One hundred patients with diabetic nephropathy complicated with hypertension were selected from April 2017 to February 2018 in the hospital, the methods of random color ball extraction were used, the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group, 50 cases in each group, and basic nursing intervention and quality nursing intervention were given respectively. The quality of life scores, clinical related indicators, nursing satisfaction and knowledge of related disease were compared between the two groups. Results The body function of the observation group was (9.02±0.21) points, the physiological function was (8.84±0.56) points, the healthy state was (9.11±0.21) points, the social function was (9.23±0.55) points, the systolic blood pressure was (125.65±10.22) mmHg, diastolic blood pressure is (78.54±8.21) mmHg, 24 g urine protein is (1.02±0.44) g, serum creatinine is (84.11±10.23)μmol/L, nursing satisfaction is 100.00%, and grasp of disease related knowledge is 98.00%, the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Patients with diabetic nephropathy and hypertension have better results after quality nursing intervention and have higher nursing satisfaction.
