摘要
目的分析有效心理护理在五官科防范护患纠纷中的效果。方法2017年1月—2017年12月,医院五官科收治患者670例,纳入对照组,行常规护理。2018年1月—2018年12月,医院五官科收治患者684例,纳入观察组,行有效心理护理。比较两组患者的护患纠纷发生率及护理满意度。结果观察组护患纠纷发生率低于对照组,并且其护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论有效心理护理可以有效的降低五官科护患纠纷发生率,提升护理满意度,应作为基础护理内容。
Objective To analyze the effect of effective psychological nursing in preventing nurse-patient disputes in the department of stomatology. Methods From January 2017 to December 2017, 670 patients were admitted to the department of stomatology of the hospital. They were included in the control group, they were received routine nursing care. From January 2018 to December 2018, 684 patients were admitted to the department of stomatology of the hospital. They were enrolled in the observation group to practice effective psychological nursing. The incidence of nurse-patient disputes and the satisfaction of nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of nurse-patient disputes in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction score was higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Effective psychological nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of nurse-patient disputes in the department of stomatology and improve nursing satisfaction, which should be regarded as the basic nursing content.
