摘要 为解决卫星早期测控段的多站接力测控与跟踪异常等问题,同时考虑卫星操作对设备监控的需求,提出了一种基于XML配置策略的安全可靠多站接力测控自动化控制技术,并运用该技术搭建自动化运行操作平台,建立任务中心、网管中心和测站的信息渠道,自动完成测控设备多站接力跟踪任务. To solve multi-station relay and abnormal tracking problems in early stage satellite TT&C, a piece of safe and reliable multistation relay automation TT&C technology based on XML configuration policy considering the more requests for equipment monitor by satellite operations is proposed. Then the automation operating platform is completed to establish the information channel between mission centre and TT&C stations, so that the multi-station relay TT&C tasks can be automatically fulfilled.
