教育与文化结合所形成的教育文化观,是一种富含特有文化意义与教育价值的观念集合。职业教育领域形成的职业教育文化观,其特点是注重技术实用与技能应用,注重人文素养与职业精神,注重市场效益与社会价值,注重平等和谐与共享共有。职业教育文化通过职业教育课程文化与企业文化的整合,职业教育实训品牌与产业文化的融合,职业教育人文精神与市场文化的结合,职业教育个人权益与社会效应的耦合,职业教育工学一体与职业精神的聚合,将对推进现代化的职业教育发展发挥重要作用。
The view of educational culture formed by the combination of education and culture is a set of ideas rich in unique cultural significance and educational value. The cultural concept of vocational education is characterized by paying attention to skill application, humanistic quality and professional spirit, market benefit and social value, equality, harmony, and sharing.
