摘要
与铁氧体比较,经共混改性的有机磁性材料比重小、易热压成型,有良好的抗冲击(温度和振动)、抗辐照和抗老化性能,可用于制作高性能的高频、微波电子器件,例如定向耦合器(一分支器)、二路90°功率分配/合成器和带通滤波器等,与传统的铁氧体同类器件比较,在一定频段内综合性能较优。
Compared with ferrite, the blended organic material features low density, easiness in hot press and good anti-impact (temperature and vibration), -irradiation and -aging, and need not to be sintered at high temperature. As a result, it can be used to prepare various high performance, high frequency microwave devices, such as directional coupler, 2-way-90°power spliter/mixer and bandpass filter.
