摘要
以采用FANUC0IMATETC数控系统和三菱S500变频器的数控车床为例,阐述了主轴控制与维修考核要点,将数控原理与操作编程相结合,将控制原理与诊断维修相结合,通过考核验证等方法手段,可以提高机床维修等相关课程的教学效果。
Taking the numerical control lathe of FANUC 0I MATE TC numerical control system and Mitsubishi S500 inverter as an example, the main points of spindle control and maintenance assessment are expounded. The numerical control principle and operation programming are combined to combine the control principle with the diagnosis and maintenance. Verification and other methods can improve the teaching effect of related courses such as machine tool maintenance.
