无人仓系统中订单分批策略研究

Research on Order Batch Strategy in Unmanned Warehouse System

针对目前订单多品类小批量的特点,构建了基于聚类算法的解求解订单分批问题的新思路。本文介绍了无人仓系统的构成要素和订单拣选模式,分析了改进的密度峰值聚类算法,研究了基于改进的密度峰值聚类算法的订单分批问题的求解思路,并进行总结。

Aiming at the characteristics of multi-category and small batch of orders, a new idea based on clustering algorithm for solving the batch problem of orders is constructed. This paper introduces the elements of unmanned warehouse system and the mode of order picking, analyses the improved density peak clustering algorithm, studies the idea of solving order batch problem based on the improved density peak clustering algorithm, and summarizes it.
