摘要
从心理学角度研究志愿者参与自发地理信息活动的动机结构,并提出动机结构模型,通过验证性因子分析方法对提出的假设实施论证,分析志愿者分享地理信息动机的影响因素。研究结果表明:自我效能、虚拟社区感、感知有用性、感知易用性以及众包规程对贡献者参与行为产生正面影响,而外部奖励、沉浸感、感知易用性、活动属性对贡献者的参与动机影响较小。
This paper made a psychological study of the motivation structure of volunteers participating in spontaneous geographic information, and proposed a motivation structure model accordingly. A proposed hypothesis for the influencing factors of volunteers motivation in geographic information sharing was demonstrated using a confirmatory factor analysis. The results show that self-efficacy, virtual community perception, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and crowd sourcing procedures have positive impacts on contributor engagement behavior, while external rewards, immersion, perceived ease of use, and activity attributes have less impacts on the motivation of contributors.
