Modal Analysis and Structural Optimization of a Light Truck Seat

摘要 针对某款轻卡驾驶员座椅抖动问题,利用CATIA软件和Hyperworks软件分别建立了座椅的3D模型和有限元模型,对座椅进行模态分析并提出增加坐垫骨架厚度以及在座椅安装点处增加支架的优化设计方案。通过有限元分析方法得出座椅优化前后的模态频率由15.00Hz提高到了18.06Hz,避免了座椅与车身系统发生共振。研究结果表明,通过动力学方法可以解决轻卡座椅抖动问题,为提高轻卡座椅舒适性及优化设计提供借鉴方案。 To reduce or eliminate the jittering of the driver seat in a certain light truck,a 3D model and a finite element model of the seat were established using CATIA and Hyperworks, and a modal analysis of the seat carried out and an optimization scheme of it put forward increasing cushion frame thickness and adding bracket at seat mounting point.Through the finite element analysis, the modal frequency was increased from 15.0 Hz to 18.06 Hz after seat optimization, thus avoiding the resonance between the seat and the body system.The results show that the dynamic method can solve the problem of light truck seat jitter, which provides a useful sample scheme for improved comfort and optimizedl design of the light truck seat.
