乡村振兴背景下农业绿色发展问题探析——以青岛市为例

Analysis on the Problems of Agricultural Green Development Under the Background of Rural Revitalization——Taking Qingdao as an Example

农业绿色发展是乡村振兴战略实施的主要内容,也是最主要的战略任务。按照中央有关精神,通过政策分析、理论研究、实地调研和问卷调查等多种手段,从水资源的有效利用、种养结合和生物多样性等方面,对青岛市农业绿色发展的状况进行了研究,提出了相应的对策建议。推进农业绿色发展,还应从加强理论指导、加大财政资金投入、尊重农民主体地位、提高科技支撑能力等方面予以加强。

Agricultural green development is the main content and the most important strategic task in the implementation of rural revitalization strategy. In accordance with the relevant spirit of the State Council, the status of agricultural green development in Qingdao has been studied from the aspects of effective water resources utilization, crop and animal integrated farming and biodiversity through the various methods such as policy analysis, theoretical research, field research and questionnaire survey and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions have been put forward.In order to promote the green development of agriculture, it is also necessary to strengthen the theoretical guidance, increase the financial investment, respect the status of farmers, and improvethe scientific and technological support capabilities.
