摘要
文化品牌是文化产业品牌化的结果。被寄予厚望的青岛国际电影节既是艺术文化品牌,也是区域文化品牌。作为艺术文化品牌,青岛国际电影节将成为山东地区甚至国家精神和文化价值的重要载体;作为区域文化品牌,青岛国际电影节将成为推动青岛乃至山东区域经济可持续发展的重要资源和力量。打造国际电影节品牌,青岛主要具有政策优势、气候及地理位置优势、影视文化资源优势和产业集群优势。对于青岛国际电影节的打造,我们提出了以下建议:一、准确定位、展现特色;二、观众成为电影节的参与者;三、加强政府支持力度;四、吸引高素质专业人才。
Cultural brands are the outcome of branding cultural industrial products. The upcoming Qingdao International Film Festival is not only an artistic cultural brand, but also a regional cultural brand. As an artistic cultural brand, Qingdao International Film Festival will become an important carrier of the spiritual and cultural value of Shandong region and even China;as a regional cultural brand, it will help promote the sustainable development of regional economy in Qingdao and even Shandong Province. To build the cultural brand of the International Film Festival, Qingdao has four major advantages: policy, climate and geographical location, film and television cultural resources and industrial clusters. For its construction, the following suggestions are put forward: first, accurately positioning and displaying characteristics;second, making audiences participants in the festival;third, strengthening government support;fourth, attracting high-quality professional talents.
