废弃药渣中青霉素钠降解菌的筛选 被引量:1

摘要 发酵生产青霉素钠过程中会产生大量的废弃药渣,含有少量的青霉素钠,造成了药渣堆积地的土壤和水体的污染,并且极大的限制了药渣的资源化利用。本研究以大同市威奇达药厂生产的青霉素药渣为实验材料采用微生物法探讨降解药渣中残留青霉素钠的方法。结果表明:在长期堆放青霉素钠废弃药渣的土壤中,提取到青霉素钠降解菌2株。2种菌株混合在37℃,pH=7.0,120 r/min培养7 d,可降解70.94%青霉素钠。 Fermentation of penicillin sodium production process will produce a large number of pharmaceutical waste. Waste resi. due contains a small amount of penicillin sodium. Due to the presence of penicillin sodium in pharmaceutical waste, the soil and water pollution of the dregs are caused, and the resource utilization of the dregs is greatly restricted. In this study, we used microbial method to study the degradation of penicillin sodium in dregs by using penicillin dregs produced by the Weiqida Pharmaceutical Company in Datong. The results show that the long-term pile up waste liquid in the soil, penicillin sodium can be extracted to penicillin sodium de. grading bacteria 2 strains. Two strains mixed culture at 37 ℃, PH = 7.0, 120 r/min 7 d, 70.94% biodegradable penicillin sodium.
