Analysis on the Volunteer Strength of Community Culture Volunteers

在社区治理边界内,社区文化治理是基本事项之一。社区文化治理的直接价值指向,在于最大限度提高社区居民文化参与率与参与效度。实现这一目标,影响要素非常复杂,自治与共治行为过程中存在诸多非确定性。但有一个要素维度非常确定,那就是文化志愿者作为社区文化活动增量与提高质量的助推力量,一定程度具有杠杆支点功能。因此问题也就转换为,如何激活文化志愿者的志愿服务热情和这种服务的可持续性?本文采用"动力因"知识工具,对这一复杂问题进行简要分析,以期拓宽解困思路。

Under community governance,community cultural governance is one of the basic issues. The direct value orientation of community cultural governance is to maximize the cultural participation rate and efficacy of community residents. Influencing factors are very complex to achieve this goal and there are also uncertainties in autonomy and collegiality process. However,there is one certain element,which is,community art and cultural volunteers. As the boost force for the improvement of community cultural activities in increment and quality,cultural volunteers hold vital influences to a certain extent. Therefore,the problem here becomes,how can we activate those cultural volunteers’ passion for participating cultural volunteering service and activities and how to keep its sustainability? This paper makes a brief analysis of this complex problem and introduce the concept of volunteer strength as a theory and approach into our consideration.
