The people’s position is to put the people at the top of our mind when we observe and handle issues,and always regard the fundamental interests of the people as the starting point and destination of all our work. Upholding the people’s position is the embodiment of the CPC’s purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly. It is also the CPC’s fine tradition and political advantage formed in its long history of revolution and construction. Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the transformation and judgment of the major social contradictions in China is the embodiment of the CPC’s adherence to the people’s position,which clearly expresses the CPC’s spiritual pursuit and value orientation.
