北京某5A写字楼复合冷源系统设计及经济性分析 被引量:3

摘要 以北京某5A写字楼冷源系统为例,采用DesignBuilder软件对建筑全年冷负荷(含冬季内区冷负荷)进行计算,阐述水蓄冷与电制冷复合系统、自然冷源与水蓄冷复合系统的设计方案及全年运行策略。对常规电制冷系统与复合冷源系统初投资、运行费用经济性进行比较,结果表明采用自然冷源复合系统年运行费用减少57.49万元,静态回收期为3.57年。 Taking the cold source system of one 5A office building in Beijing as an example,the annual cooling load of the building including the cooling load of inner zone in winter is calculated using DesignBuilder.The design scheme and annual operating strategies for composite system of chilled water storage &electric refrigeration,and composite system of natural cold source&chilled water storage are stated.The economic comparison on the initial cost and operation cost between normal electric refrigeration system and composite cold source systems is conducted.The result shows that the composite natural cold source system can reduce operating electricity cost by about 0.574 9 million yuan per year,and static payback period is 3.57 years.
