Factors Influencing Employment in Adult with Autism Spectrum Disorders: A Review of Overseas Studies in Recent 50 Years

摘要随着自闭症谱系障碍成人数量的增多,如何促进其成功就业,逐渐成为研究的热点。文章主要通过回顾自闭症谱系障碍成人就业相关的实证研究,总结梳理出影响自闭症谱系障碍成人就业的因素,并提出研究启示,以期为我国自闭症谱系障碍成人就业研究和实践提供参考和依据。 With the increase in the number of adults with autism spectrum disorders, how to promote their successful employment has gradually become a research hot spot. The article mainly summarizes the factors affecting the employment of adults with autism spectrum disorders by reviewing the empirical research related to adult employment of autism spectrum disorders, and proposes research implications. In order to provide reference and basis for adult employment research and practice of autism spectrum disorder in China.
