特异体质特殊儿童实施健康促进协同机制实践研究——以上海市董李凤美康健学校为例

On the Necessity and Feasibility of Implementing Health Promotion Synergy Mechanism for Special Children with Special Constitution——Based on the Practical Research in Dong Li Feng Mei Health School in Shanghai

特殊儿童的健康状况需要关注,特异体质的特殊儿童的健康状况更需要重视。对于特异体质的特殊儿童而言,健康促进协同机制有助其于疾病突发频率的降低、慢性疾病的管理、健康的保障、家庭压力的减轻,甚至有助于特殊教育的发展。文章以上海市徐汇区董李凤美康健学校健康促进协同机制的探索为基础,从特异体质儿童的内在需求、家庭及社会的外在需求为出发点,从政策、认知、实践、经验等方面来探讨对特异体质的特殊儿童实施健康促进机制的必要性和可行性。

The health status of special children needs to be taken seriously, and the health of special children with idiosyncratic physique needs extra attention. For the health in special children with idiosyncratic physique, Health Promotion Synergy Mechanism could contribute to reduce their disease, manage their chronic diseases, protect their health, lessen their family stress, and even promote the development of special education. It was based on the exploration of Health Promotion Synergy Mechanism of Dong Li Feng Mei Health School in Xuhui District, Shanghai, from the internal needs of special children with idiosyncratic physique, the urgent needs of their families, the objective needs of reality, and policies, cognition, practice, experience and other aspects explore the necessity and feasibility of implementing Health Promotion Synergy Mechanism for special children with idiosyncratic physique.
