农村初中寄宿生学校适应状况与提升策略——基于四川省通江县的调查 被引量:2

The Adaptation Status and Improvement Strategies of Rural Junior High School Boarders:Based on a Survey in Tongjiang County,Sichuan Province

摘要 基于对四川省通江县两所农村初中非完全寄宿制学校的问卷调查,了解农村初中寄宿生学校适应状况,研究发现:寄宿生在“学习适应”维度适应水平要显著高于走读生,而在“纪律适应”“人际关系适应”维度适应水平显著低于走读生;“亲子分离适应”是寄宿生学校适应的主要问题;男寄宿生和八年级寄宿生学校适应“处境不利”;通过类型学分析,四分之一的寄宿生属于“适应紧张型”,应予以重点关注。提高农村初中寄宿生学校适应水平,要继续推进农村寄宿制学校标准化建设,进一步提高农村寄宿生“寄宿条件适应”;从“静态管理”转为“活动管理”,营造生动活泼的校园氛围;积极搭建亲子沟通平台,实现寄宿生亲子沟通的“虚拟性真实”。 The questionnaire surveys carried out in two rural junior high schools with partial boarding system in Tongjiang County of Sichuan Province to probe into the school adaptation status of rural junior high school boarders have found that,in the “learning adaptation”dimension,the adaptation level of boarders is significantly higher than that of daystudents while obviously lower than non-resident students in the dimensions of “disciplinary adaptation” and “interpersonal relationship”.The “adaptation to parent-child separation” is the main problem of the school adaptation for school boarders.Among the sub-groups,male boarders and eighth-grade boarders are “in an unfavorable condition” in terms of school adaptation.Based on typological analysis,nearly a quarter of school boarders are “under the stress of adaptation” and they deserve the prioritized attention.In order to improve the school adaptation level of rural junior high school boarders,the standardized development of rural boarding schools should continue to be promoted to improve the “adaptation to boarding conditions” of rural school boarders.The “static management” should be transformed into “dynamic management” so as to create a lively campus atmosphere.Furthermore,parent-child communication platforms should also be vigorously established to achieve the “virtual reality” of parent-child communication for school boarders.
