摘要
在一定区域范围内满足规划和功能要求的前提下,地下水封洞库选址的合理性主要取决于存储产品的输运条件、库区的依托条件、环境条件、工程地质条件和水文地质条件等五个因素。建立以最优库址为目标层,四个因素为准则层,三处拟选库址地为方案层的递阶层次结构模型,采用层次分析法(AHP法)对海南某国家原油战略储备库作选址比选。分析结果表明,在地下水封洞库选址的优劣评价中,水文地质条件权重最大,也是选址中最主要的因素,其次按权重大小依次为工程地质条件、环境条件、存储产品的输运条件和库区的依托条件;分析同时表明,层次分析法是一种能综合兼顾各种主观与客观、定量与定性因素的科学评价方法,适用于地下水封洞库选址方案的决策评价。
Under the premises of plan and function be satisfied in some region, the reasonability of location selection for underground water sealed rock caverns is depended mainly on five factors, i.e transportation of store product、auxiliary facilities、environment condition、engineering geology and hydrogeology. The graded hierarchy structure model is established for optimum location as objective layer, four factors as criterion layer, three candidate locations as plan layer, and comparison of three candidate location was done in Analytical Hierarchy Process method for Hainan national oil reserve base. The analysis results indicated that biggest weight is hydrogeology condition, which is the first factor in location selection of underground water sealed rock caverns, and sequentially engineering geology、environment condition、transportation of store productand auxiliary facilities. It is also showed that AHP method is a scientific assessment method to comprehensively give consideration to both subjective and objective, quantitative and qualitative, and suitable to decision evaluation of location selection plan.
