摘要
丙二烯磷酸选择性氢化生成顺丙烯磷酸是化学合成磷霉素的关键一步。研究了以水为溶剂丙二烯磷酸选择加氢新工艺。重点考察了搅拌速率、反应温度、反应压力和5%Pd/C催化剂用量等对选择性加氢的影响。在V原料∶V溶剂(水)=1∶3,搅拌速度为20 r/s,反应温度为45℃,压力为0.3 MPa,催化剂用量为原料质量的2.1%,反应时间为10 h时,丙二烯磷酸转化率达到100%,顺丙烯磷酸选择性达到71.38%,顺丙烯磷酸的产率达到72.56%。
Selective hydrogenation of propadiene phosphate to cis-propylene phosphate is a key step in the chemical synthesis of fosfomycin. In this paper, a new process for selective hydrogenation of propadiene phosphate with water as solvent was studied.The effects of stirring speed, reaction temperature, reaction pressure and 5% Pd/C catalyst dosage on selective hydrogenation were investigated. In the raw, materials: solvent(water)=1:3, stirring speed is 20 r/s, reaction temperature is 45 ℃, pressure is 0.3 MPa, the amount of catalyst used is 2.1% of the mass of the raw material, the reaction time is 10 h, the conversion of propadiene phosphate is100%, the cis-acrylic acid selectivity is 71.38%, and the yield of cis-acrylic acid is 72.56%.
