摘要
“格雷欣法则”作为经济学的古老原理,在日常生活和工作中随处可见。而该法则体现在单位人力资源管理方面就是典型的“庸才”驱逐“良才”现象。本文结合事业单位工作实践,就事业单位人力资源管理中“格雷欣法则”现象及产生原因进行分析,并提出相应的对策建议。
As an ancient principle of economics, gresham’s law can be seen everywhere in daily life and work. This law is a typical phenomenon of “mediocrity” expelling “talent” in human resource management. Based on the work practice of public institutions, this paper analyzes the phenomenon and causes of gresham’s law in the human resource management of public institutions, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.
