摘要
列举了国内食品微生物标准在标准制定、检验项目等方面的不完善,提出了合理的改进意见,分析总结了问题所在,建议尽快采取有效措施解决问题,逐步完善我国食品安全国家标准体系。
This paper lists the imperfections of domestic food microbial standards in standard formulation and inspection items, puts forward reasonable suggestions on improvement, analyzes and summarizes the problems, and suggests that effective measures should be taken to solve the problems as soon as possible, and gradually improve the national food safety standard system in China.
