标准化站队建设是深入实施安全环保基础性工程,深化HSE管理体系建设,强化企业基层基础工作的一个重要抓手。文章介绍了辽河油田公司推进标准化站队建设的主要做法和体会,从规范管理制度标准化、推行HSE履职承诺,规范自主安全行为到施工现场标准化建设,形成了一整套具有辽河特色的班组标准化建设工作方法,有效夯实了基层建设,进一步强化了基层安全环保工作,巩固了风险防控基础。

The construction of standardized team is an important catch to carry out the basic project of safety and environmental protection,deepen the construction of HSE management system,and strengthen the basic work of enterprises.In this paper,the main methods and experience from the construction of standardized stations in Liaohe Oilfield Company was introduced,including strengthening the basic construction effectively,promoting continuous improvement of the basic level safety and environmental protection work.A series of working protocols with features of Liaohe Oilfield were formed,which further consolidate the foundation of risk prevention and control.
