摘要
为了对某发电项目锅炉烟气脱硫除尘设备进行轻量化设计,首先对花板结构分析后进行简化建模,再运用有限元模拟分析软件ABAQUS对其进行mises应力分析,通过对改进前后花板受力情况、受力方向位移的比较,最终对优化方案可行性进行验证。
In order to carry out the lightweight design of the boiler flue gas desulfurization and dedusting equipment of a power generation project,the tube sheet is structurally analyzed and simplified,and then the finite element simulation software ABAQUS is used to analyze the mises stress.By comparing the stress conditions of the tube sheet before and after the improvement and the displacement in the direction of the force,the feasibility of the optimization scheme is verified.
