摘要
针对锅炉内部空间小、环境差,以及稳定性要求高的问题,提出了一种基于标准节轻量化快速装拆的升降平台设计方案。阐述了平台的机械结构与工作原理;通过对其进行受力分析、强度计算和有限元分析,验证了该结构的可靠性,为同类结构设计的合理性与安全性提供理论支持。
In order to meet the needs of small internal space,poor environment and high stability of boilers,a lightweight and fast lifting platform based on standard section is proposed.The mechanical structure and working principle of the platform are elaborated.The reliability of the structure is verified by force analysis,strength calculation and finite element analysis,which provides theoretical support for the rationality and safety of the structure design.
