摘要
针对弹簧扣自动装配机的上下料机构、导向机构等进行设计。根据其装配要求选择合适的导轨、气缸等,并设计合理的组装定位机构。该设计能够实现大批量生产,大大提高其生产速度,以机械作业生产替代传统人工装配的过程,降低了工人的劳动强度。
This paper designs the upper and lower feeding mechanism and guiding mechanism of spring press metal button.The appropriate guide rail and cylinder are selected according to the assembly requirements.The reasonable assembly and positioning mechanism is designed.This design can realize mass production,greatly improve its production speed,replace the traditional manual assembly process in mechanical production,and reduce the labor intensity of workers.
