摘要
提出并设计一种全气动起重机,通过介绍其主要的机械结构、气动控制系统的工作原理及性能参数,并利用有限元的方法对壳体、制动器等关键部件进行力学分析,为实现装置结构的稳定性与轻量化设计提供理论指导,使气动起重机在实际工作时更加方便高效。
A complete pneumatic crane is proposed and designed.The main mechanical structure,the working principle and performance parameters of the pneumatic control system are introduced,and the finite element method is used to analyze the mechanical components of the shell and brake.It provides theoretical guidance for the stability and lightweight design of the device structure,and makes the pneumatic crane more convenient and efficient in actual work.
