摘要
工作平台是桥梁检测车的主要承载部件,以往工作平台臂架间的连接多采用滑道连接,为减小伸缩过程中的阻力,某新型桥梁检测车采用了滚轮连接方式。为验证该方案的可行性,建立了桥梁检测车工作平台滚轮和伸缩臂的有限元模型,对危险工况进行了有限元接触分析,并比较了不同滚轮材料对接触行为的影响,为设计人员对部件的设计选型提供了理论依据。
The working platform is the main load-bearing component of the bridge inspection vehicle,which is used to transport personnel and equipment to the working position,so its structural safety is particularly important.In the past,the connection between the booms of the working platform was mostly connected by a slideway.To reduce the resistance during the telescopic process,a new type of bridge inspection vehicle adopts a roller connection.In order to verify the feasibility of the scheme,the finite element model of the roller and telescopic arm of the bridge inspection vehicle working platform is established.The finite element contact analysis is carried out for the dangerous working conditions,and the influence of different roller materials on the contact behavior is compared.It provides a theoretical basis for designers to design and select components.
