摘要
为解决海洋石油水下装备在进行外压试验时,因其结构体积变化或材质吸(排)水等原因造成试验压力波动,影响试验结果的问题,开发了高压舱恒压控制试验技术。该试验技术结构由恒压控制系统、补偿液缸、加压系统、液压系统、皮囊补偿器和高压舱等组成,可对水下装备同时进行内、外压力补偿。通过试验表明,该技术对高压舱恒压补偿及时、准确、可靠,满足海洋石油水下装备的试验需求。
In order to solve the problem of fluctuation of test pressure caused by structural volume change or material suction (drainage) water during the external pressure test of offshore oil underwater equipment,the constant pressure control test technology of high pressure cabin is developed.The test technology consists of constant pressure control system,compensation cylinder,pressure system,hydraulic system,bag compensator and high pressure cabin,which can compensate the internal and external pressure of underwater equipment at the same time.The test results show that the technology is timely,accurate and reliable to compensate the constant pressure of high-pressure cabin,and can meet the test requirements of offshore oil underwater equipment.
