摘要
针对核电机组蒸汽发生器管子-管板接头的制造过程,介绍了液压胀接原理。对未胀合缝隙长度过大(欠胀)、胀过、漏胀、重复胀接,以及造成换热管划痕等典型胀接事故进行原因分析,结合工程经验提出预防和纠正措施。
The principle of hydraulic expansion is introduced for the manufacturing process of tube-to-tubesheet joints of nuclear power generator steam generators.The causes of the typical expansion joint accidents such as excessive expansion (under-expansion),over-expansion,leakage expansion,repeated expansion joints and scratches on the heat exchange tubes are combined,and prevention and corrective measures are proposed in combination with engineering experience.
