摘要
为满足微小型导弹、无人机、机器人所使用舵机体积小、重量轻、响应快的需求,设计了一种以嵌入式数字信号处理器(DSP)为控制核心,无刷直流电机与减速机构正交布局的单通道小型电动舵机。本文对系统的传动机构、控制驱动器及控制软件进行了详细设计,利用Matlab搭建了系统模型,对各组成模块进行建模仿真。通过试验对比,该型舵机具有体积小、精度高、可靠性强、抗干扰能力强等优点。
In order to meet the characteristics of small size, light weight and fast response of the electromechanical actuator for micro missile, UAV and robot, a single channel micro electromechanical servo-actuator with embeded digital signal processor(DSP) as control core and orthogonal layout of brushless DC motor and deceleration mechainism is designed.The transmission mechanism, controller and control software are designed in detail. The system model is built by using Matlab, and each module is mo-deled and simulated. The experimental comparison shows that the system has the advantages of small size, high precision, high reliability and strong anti-jamming ability.
