摘要
基于南充市印染行业的发展现状和存在问题,结合印染废水处理工程实例分析,探讨了印染废水采用组合工艺处理和印染废水开展环境污染第三方治理可行性。结果表明:印染废水采用“调节池+气浮+高效厌氧池+缺氧池+好氧池+二沉池+Fenton+气浮+过滤”组合工艺处理出水水质CODCr≤50mg/L,色度≤30度,TP≤0.5mg/L,TN≤15mg/L,出水水质能稳定达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)中一级A标标准限值;故南充市的印染废水开展环境污染第三方治理从经济、技术和法律上均可行。
Based on the current situation and existing problems of the printing and dyeing industry in Nanchong,combined with the analysis on the case of the printing and dyeing wastewater treatment project,this paper discusses the feasibility of the treatment of combination process in printing and dyeing wastewater and the third-party governance of environmental pollution.The results showed that the effluent quality of printing and dyeing wastewater is treated by the combination process of“regulating reservoir+air flotation+high-rate anaerobic pool+anoxic pool+aerobic pool+secondary sedimentation pool+Fenton+air flotation+filtration”.The CODCr is not more than 50 mg/L;the chroma is not more than 30 degrees;the TP is not more than 0.5 mg/L and the TN is not more than 15 mg/L.The effluent quality could steadily meet the first-class A-level standard limit of“Discharge Standards of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant”(GB18918-2002).It is feasible in economy,technology and law to carry out the third-party governance of water pollution.
