佛山市某涂料生产企业职业病危害现状评价

Status Quo Assessment of Occupational Hazards in a Paint Manufacturer in Foshan

分析了佛山市某涂料生产企业存在的职业病危害因素,评价了职业病防护措施及其效果。采用职业卫生现场调查法、职业病危害因素检测、职业健康检查法和检查表法进行了综合分析与评价。结果表明:共监测9个粉尘检测点、15个化学毒物检测点、17个噪声检测点。其中粉尘和噪声检测结果均合格,合格率为100%;化学毒物有2个检测点超标,合格率为86.6%,超标岗位分别为合成车间/油漆生产工1#和合成车间/油漆生产工2#。提出了企业目前的职业病危害防护工作落实不够完善,需继续加强职业病防治主体责任的落实,以保护劳动者健康的建议。

To analyze the occupational hazards existed in a paint manufacturer in Foshan,evaluate the effect of occupational control measures.The methods of occupational health field investigation,occupational health hazards testing,occupational health examination and checklist were adopted for comprehensive analysis and evaluation.A total of 9 checkpoints for dust,15 checkpoints for chemical hazardous agents,17 checkpoints for noise were checked.All results of dust and noise were qualified.The qualified rates were 100%.There are 2 test points out of the criteria of chemical poisons.The pass rate is 86.6%,and the over-standard posts are synthetic workshop/painting production worker1#and synthetic workshop/painting production worker 2#.The implement situation of occupational hazards prevention and control in this enterprise was incomplete.The enterprise should continue to strengthen the implementation of main responsibility of occupational hazards prevention and control to protect the workers.
