规划环境影响评价“三线一单”实践研究——以安徽省某高新技术产业开发区为例

Analysis and Suggestions on the Practice of “Three Lines and One List” in the Implementation of Planning Environmental Impact Assessment of Anhui Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone

以安徽某高新技术产业开发区为实例,阐述了开发区规划环评实施以来“三线一单”落实执行情况,结合实际提出了相关的建议,以期为开发区后续规划方案的实施与落户项目的引入提供参考,保障开发区产业发展不会对生态环境造成影响,积极改善区域生态环境质量。

Taking Anhui high-tech industrial development zone as an example,this paper expounds the implementation of“three lines and one single”since the implementation of the planning environmental impact assessment in the development zone.It also puts forward some suggestions in combination with the actual situation,in order to guide the implementation of the follow-up planning plan of the development zone and the settlement project.The introduction of the development of the development zone will not affect the ecological environment and actively improve the quality of the regional ecological environment.
