单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌能力验证结果讨论

Analysis and Discussion on the Verification Results of Listeria Monocytogenes

为了提升实验室食品中单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌检测能力,增强实验室竞争力,实验室参加了中国检验检疫科学研究院测试评价中心组织的单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌检测能力验证活动。利用BAX System Q7全自动病原微生物快速检测系统快速筛查了此次能力验证中的2个样品,根据单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌检验的国家检测标准中的鉴定方法对筛选出的疑似菌进行了鉴定。结果表明:编号样品18-C660检出单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌,顺利完成能力验证,结果为满意。

To strengthen the detection capability of Listeria monocytogenes in food and improve the competition ability of laboratory,the laboratory participated in proficiency testing on Listeria monocytogenes detection in foods by Analysis Capability Assessment System of CAIQ.Automated BAX System Q7 was used for 2 samples rapid screening.The isolated suspicious colonies were identified by the method of National food safety standard microbiological examination:Listeria monocytogenes.Result:Listeria monocytogenes was detected in sample 18-C660.The proficiency testing was successfully completed and the satisfactory results were obtained.
