高校人事档案管理文献趋势探讨

Trend Analysis of Literature on Personnel Files Management in Colleges and Universities

以中国知网文献库为资料来源,采用文献计量学方法对国内有关高校人事档案管理的文献量、第一作者机构、研究关键词等进行了梳理,分析了人事档案管理在国内高等院校管理中的现状及发展趋势。结果表明:共检索到1534篇相关文献,自2001年后文献数量显著增多;以期刊论文为主,文献内容数最多为基础研究,其次是行业指导和职业指导,来自重点高校的文献有限。高校人事档案管理发表文献数量上升较快,该结果可为以后的人事管理研究提供一些参考。

Objective:To understand and analyze the current status and trends of personnel files management in Colleges and Universities.Methods:Based on CNKI database as the data source,this paper collected the literature of personnel files management in Colleges and Universities.According to the literature published year,first author institution,subject,the current status and trends of personnel files management are analyzed in Colleges and Universities.Results:A total of 1534 literatures were retrieved,and the number of documents increased significantly since 2001.The number of documents published in journals is the largest.The most papers are basic research,followed by career guidance.The literature from key universities is limited.Conclusion:The number of documents published in personnel files management in Colleges and universities has increased rapidly,which is expected to provide more references for future research.
