摘要
为了明确硒的不同价态和浓度对谷子硒含量和生理指标的影响,采用营养液水培方法研究了硒酸钠(Na2SeO4)和亚硒酸钠(Na2SeO3)对谷子根部硒含量、叶部硒含量及生理指标的影响。结果表明,硒酸钠处理对根部硒含量的积累影响显著高于亚硒酸钠处理;在低硒浓度(<1×10^-2mmol/L)时,硒酸钠对叶部硒含量的影响高于亚硒酸钠,在高硒浓度(>1×10^-2mmol/L)时,亚硒酸钠对叶部硒含量的影响高于硒酸钠,3×10^-2mmol/L亚硒酸钠浓度最有利于叶部硒含量的积累;硒浓度越高叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性越低;无机硒含量和形态对叶绿素含量的影响不显著,但不同处理的叶绿素含量存在一定差别。
To clarify the effects of different valence states and concentration of selenium on selenium content and physiological indices in millet,the effects of sodium selenite(Na2SeO4)and sodium selenite(Na2SeO3)on selenium content in root,leaf and physiological indices of millet were studied by nutrient solution hydroponics.The results showed that the effect of sodium selenite(Na2SeO4)treatment on the accumulation of selenium content in roots was significantly higher than that of sodium selenite(Na2SeO3)treatment.At low selenium concentration(<1×10^-2 mmol/L),the effect of sodium selenite(Na2SeO4)on the selenium content in leaves was higher than that of sodium selenite(Na2SeO3).At high selenium concentration(>1×10^-2 mmol/L),the effect of sodium selenite(Na2SeO3)on the selenium content in leaves was higher than that of sodium selenite(Na2SeO4).3×10^-2 mmol/L was the best for the accumulation of selenium content in leaves.The higher the selenium concentration,the lower the activity of SOD in leaves.The effect of inorganic selenium content and form on chlorophyll content was not significant,but the chlorophyll content of different treatments would be different.
