景天属薄雪万年草对不同光照强度的适应性

摘要 以景天科景天属多肉植物薄雪万年草为试验材料,对影响其高效生长的光照强度关键因子开展试验,以探究该品种在不同光照强度下丙二醛、总叶绿素含量以及PSⅡ最大光能转换效率、植物生长覆盖面积增长率、分蘖数量、新老枝长度比的变化。结果表明,薄雪万年草在光照强度为6000~10000lx条件下表现出较强生长趋势,尤其在6000lx光照强度时,丙二醛含量最低,而植株总叶绿素含量、PSⅡ最大光能转换效率、生长覆盖面积增长率和植株分蘖数量达到最佳,分别为1.24μmol/g,0.55mg/g,0.79,204.73%和21.67支;但随着光照强度的进一步降低或升高(4000,2000lx或12000lx),薄雪万年草植株出现生长不良、徒长或生长趋缓现象,且丙二醛含量增高,总叶绿素含量、PSⅡ最大光能转换效率降低。说明薄雪万年草种植的最佳光照强度为6000~10000lx,该光照强度能促进其良好生长。 A Crassulaceae Sedum hispanicum was used to study the growth performance in different light illumination condition.The malondialdehyde content,total chlorophyll content,maximum energy conversion efficiency of PSII,growth rate of plant cover area,tiller number,the length ration of new and old branch were tested in this experiment.The results showed that under the light intensity of 6 000-10 000 lx,the growth trend of Sedum hispanicum was stronger.Especially under the light intensity of 6 000 lx,the malondialdehyde content was the lowest,while the content of total chlorophyll,the maximum conversion efficiency of PSII,the growth rate of growth coverage area and the tiller number of Sedum hispanicum were the best,which were 1.24μmol/g,0.55 mg/g,0.79,204.73%and 21.67,respectively.However,with the further decrease or increase of illumination intensity(4 000,2000 lx or 12 000 lx),the growth of Sedum hispanicum was poor,elongated or slowed down,and the content of malondialdehyde increased,while the total chlorophyll content and the maximum photoenergy conversion efficiency of PSII decreased.The results show that the optimum planting light intensity is 6 000-10 000 lx,which can promote its good growth.
