天津大港冬枣品质分析及其立地地质背景研究 被引量:4

摘要 冬枣品质佳、营养丰富,天津大港冬枣属于天津市名特优农产品,种植面积大。以大港冬枣主产区太平镇冬枣为研究对象,采集了冬枣果实、根系土、土壤纵剖面样品,研究分析了冬枣的品质及其立地地质背景特征。结果表明,大港冬枣维生素C含量平均为287.70mg/100g,总糖含量平均为21.25%,水分含量平均为74.62g/100g,蛋白质含量平均为1.35g/100g,氨基酸含量平均为1.10g/100g;冬枣果实中植物大量和中量营养元素K、N和Ca、Mg含量较高,冬枣中重金属元素Cd、Pb的含量远远低于食品安全标准限值,表明在食品重金属元素方面是安全的。与天津市土壤元素背景值相比较,冬枣产区土壤根系土中SiO2、CaO、Cd、As、P、Zn、B、Cl含量偏高;土壤纵剖面中SiO2含量从上到下逐渐降低,Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Mo含量从上到下逐渐升高,有利于深部根系生长对Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Mo等中量、微量营养元素的吸收,剖面上部为非盐渍化土壤,下部为非盐渍化-轻度盐渍化土壤,其可能是大港冬枣适宜生长及果实高品质形成的有利地质背景。 Jujube is a kind of good quality,nutrient rich fruits.Dagang winter jujube belongs to the famous agricultural products in Tianjin city,and planting area is big.Taiping town winter jujube in the main producing areas of Dagang winter jujube was taken as the research object,and winter jujube fruit,root soil and soil profile samples were collected to analyze the quality and site geological background characteristics of winter jujube.The result showed that the average vitamin C of Dagang winter jujube was 287.70 mg/100 g,and the average total sugar was 21.25%,and the average moisture content was 74.62 g/100 g,and the average protein was 1.35 g/100 g,and the average amino acid was 1.10 g/100 g.The large and medium nutrient elements K,N and Ca,Mg content of plants in winter jujube was larger,and the heavy metal content Cd,Pb in winter jujube was much lower than the limit value of the food safety standards,and that was safe in food heavy metals.SiO2,CaO,Cd,As,P,Zn,B,Cl content in soil root soil in jujube was high compared with the background of soil elements in Tianjin city.The content of SiO2 in soil profile decreased gradually from top to bottom,and Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Mo content increased gradually from top to bottom,which was conducive to the deep root growth of trace elements Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Mo.The upper section was non-saline soil,and the lower was non salinization mild and salinization soil,which may be suitable for the growth of Dagang winter jujube,and the favorable geological background of fruit quality.
