摘要 为了研究酸化剂对蛋鸡产蛋性能及蛋品质的影响,将360只34周龄海兰褐壳蛋鸡随机分为3个试验组、1个对照组,其中,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加不同比例酸化剂,试验持续60d。结果表明,添加0.2%的酸化剂可显著降低蛋鸡的日采食量;添加0.2%,0.3%的酸化剂显著降低了蛋鸡的料蛋比,其余添加组未达到显著水平;添加0.2%的酸化剂可显著提高蛋鸡的蛋壳厚度;添加0.1%,0.2%,0.3%的酸化剂可显著提高蛋鸡的蛋壳强度。添加酸化剂能够提高蛋鸡的产蛋性能和蛋品质。 To study the effects of acidifier on laying performance,egg quality of laying hens,360 Hanlan brown laying hens of 34-week-old,which were randomly divided into three experimental groups and one control group.The control group was fed with basal diet.The experimental group was fed with different proportion of acidifier in the basal diet,and the experiment lasted 60 d.The results showed that adding 0.2%acidifier significantly reduced the daily feed intake of laying hens,adding 0.2%acidifier and 0.3%acidifier significantly reduced the feed-egg ratio of laying hens,while the other groups did not reach significant levels.Compared with control group,0.2%acidifier could significantly increase eggshell thickness,0.1%,0.2%,0.3%acidifier significantly increased eggshell strength of laying hens.In conclusion,adding acidifier can improve laying performance and egg quality of laying hens.
