广西湿地松人工林经济评估与分析

Economic Assessment and Analysis of Pinus elliottii Plantation in Guangxi

以广西地区18年生湿地松人工林为研究材料,根据湿地松生长数据和当地经济技术指标,采用序列分析、敏感性分析和静态盈亏分析等方法对投资项目进行风险评估,通过动态和静态经济指标分析人工林项目盈利情况,探究湿地松人工林经济价值以及最大利润。结果表明,18年生湿地松人工林木材收入70333元/hm^2,松脂收入为502437元/hm^2,利润高达266256.1元/hm^2;湿地松人工林投资项目受松脂价格影响最为敏感;湿地松内部收益率值在18a期间处于不断攀升状态,湿地松人工林未达到木材数量成熟期,人工林项目利润仍未达最大化。湿地松人工林项目经济价值高、可塑性强,可在广西推广种植。

In this study,18 a Pinus elliottii plantation in Guangxi was used as the research material,according to Pinus elliottii growth data and local economic and technical indicators,the risk analysis of investment projects was carried out by means of sequence analysis,sensitivity analysis and static profit and loss analysis.The profit situation of plantation projects was analyzed by dynamic and static economic indicators,and the economic value and maximum profit of Pinus elliottii plantation was explored.The results showed that the income of 18 a Pinus elliottii plantation forest was 70 333 yuan/hm^2,turpentine income was 502 437 yuan/hm^2,profit up to 266 256.1 yuan/hm^2.Pinus elliottii plantation investment project was most sensitive to the impact of turpentine prices.The value of pinus elliottii internal rate of return was rising during the period of 18 a.The Pinus elliottii plantation did not reach the maturity stage of the timber quantity,and the profit of the plantation project was still not maximized.Its plantation project has high economic value and strong plasticity,and can be promoted and planted in Guangxi.
