国家重点生态功能区县域生态环境质量状况分级标准探讨 被引量:1

摘要 采用智能聚类分析和快速聚类分析相结合的方法,考虑自然生态分指数和环境状况分指数2个变量,对2016年国家重点生态功能区水源涵养类型县域生态环境质量考核结果进行分类,并与现行指标体系和分级标准划分的结果进行对比,探讨国家重点生态功能区县域生态环境质量状况分级标准。结果较现行分级标准更具优势,能直观、详细地反映全国水源涵养功能区各县域的自然生态状况和环境质量状况。生态环境质量状况分级标准的划定不必局限在固定的等级和数值,采用智能聚类和快速聚类相结合的方法划分等级可作为现行分级标准的补充。 By using the method of intelligent clustering analysis and fast clustering analysis, and considering the two variables of natural ecological index and environmental status index value, the ecological environment quality assessment results of water conservation types in national key eco-functional areas in China in 2016 were classified and compared with the results of current index system and classification standards. In contrast, the classification standard of ecological environment quality in national key eco-functional areas was discussed. Comparing results with the current classification standard, the present classification standard has more advantages, and can directly and detailedly reflect the natural ecological status and environmental quality of counties in the water conservation function area. In conclusion, the classification standard of ecological environment quality should not be completely confined to a fixed level and numerical value, and the method of intelligent clustering and fast clustering can be used as a supplement to the current classification standard.
