摘要
广东某院校学生宿舍项目采用装配整体式混凝土框架结构。经对比分析研究,项目东西外墙采用外挂墙板+内保温的构造方式以满足建筑保温隔热要求,南北向外墙无需进行保温隔热设计。构件拆分设计综合考虑了生产、运输及吊装等环节的要求;连接节点设计还考虑了构件安装的可行性和易操作性。经对建筑装配率核算,项目各单体均满足装配率50%以上的装配式建筑评价标准。
The student dormitory project of a college in Guangdong adopts an integrated monolithic concrete frame structure.Through comparative analysis and research,the external wall of the project adopts the external wall panel+internal insulation construction method to meet the building insulation requirements,and the north-south outer wall does not need thermal insulation design.The component split design takes into account the requirements of the production,transportation and hoisting links.The component connection node design also considers the feasibility and ease of operation of the component installation.After accounting for the assembly rate of the building,each unit of the project meets the assembly-type building evaluation standard with an assembly rate of more than 50%.
