摘要
在工程施工实践中,经常会遇到因结构中钢筋密集而导致混凝土下料入槽和振捣浇筑困难的问题。预置振捣棒导向孔道技术,适用于配筋密集混凝土结构的浇筑施工,有效解决密集配筋结构施工中混凝土下料、振捣、二次振捣困难等技术难题,避免密集钢筋区域混凝土下料阻滞、混凝土离析、骨料淤积钢筋面层、水泥及细骨料以浆液形式流淌至底部等施工质量问题。采取该技术,密集配筋混凝土结构施工达到匀质密实要求,结构承载能力和使用功能满足设计要求,结构耐久,实现施工安全、高效、低耗、环保的目标。
In the practice of engineering construction,it is often encountered that it is difficult to feed the concrete into the grooves and vibrate pouring because of the dense reinforcement in the structure.The technology of guide channel of pre-placed vibrating bar is suitable for pouring construction of reinforced dense concrete structure,and effectively solves the technical problems of concrete cutting,vibrating and secondary vibration ramming in the construction of dense reinforcement structure,and so on.Avoid construction quality problems such as blocking concrete material in dense reinforcement area,concrete segregation,aggregate silting reinforcement surface layer,cement and fine aggregate flowing to the bottom in the form of slurry,etc.By adopting this technology,the construction of dense reinforced concrete structure can meet the requirements of uniform quality and compactness,the bearing capacity and using function of the structure meet the design requirements,the durability of the structure can be achieved,and the goals of safety,high efficiency,low consumption and environmental protection can be achieved.
