刺梨、山楂、绿豆饮料的降血脂作用研究 被引量:12

摘要 研究刺梨、山楂、绿豆饮料对高血脂小鼠的降血脂功效。通过高脂饲料灌胃诱导小鼠造成高血脂症模型,4周可造模成功。将造模成功的小鼠分成3组,分别为高脂模型对照组、阳性对照组、刺梨山楂绿豆饮料组;空白组及模型对照组小鼠灌胃生理盐水,阳性对照组灌胃辛伐他汀溶液,刺梨山楂绿豆组则灌胃刺梨山楂绿豆饮料,均饮蒸馏水;同时灌胃期间测定小鼠的体重及采食量计算小鼠的体重增量及饲料效率。连续灌胃28d后,检测小鼠血清及肝脏的总胆固醇(totalcholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)、高密度脂蛋白(high-densitylipoprotein,HDL-C)水平评价其降血脂功效。研究发现刺梨山楂绿豆饮料组的血清TC显著(p<0.05)降低了42.24%,血清及肝脏TG含量显著(p<0.05)降低了24.12%,、46.24%,血清及肝脏中HDL-C含量显著(p<0.05)升高了21.96%、77%。表明刺梨山楂绿豆饮料可通过调节血脂平衡达到降血脂作用。 The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of Rose roxbunghii, hawthorn and mung bean beverage as main raw materials on hyperlipidemia.The model of hyperlipidemia was induced by intragastric administration of high-fat diet, and the model was successfully established in 4 weeks. The successful mice were divided into three groups: high-fat model control group, positive control group,and Rose roxbunghii, hawthorn and mung bean beverage group.The blank group and the model control group were intragastrically administered with normal saline, the positive control group was intragastrically administered with simvastatin solution, and Rose roxbunghii hawthorn mung bean group was given the Rose roxbunghii, hawthorn and mung bean beverage, both of which drank distilled water.At the same time, the body weight and feed intake of the mice were measured during the intragastric administration to calculate the body weight gain and feed efficiency of the mice.After 28 days of continuous gavage,the levels of total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG) and high-density lipoprotein (HDL-C) in serum and liver of mice were measured to evaluate the hypolipidemic effect. Results showed that the serum TC significance (p<0.05) of Rose roxbunghii hawthorn mung bean beverage group decreased by 42.24 %.Serum and liver TG content was significantly (p<0.05) decreased by 24.12 %, 46.24 %. The serum and liver HDL-C levels were significantly increased (p<0.05) by 21.96 %, 77 %.These indicated that Rose roxbunghii hawthorn mung bean beverage could achieve blood lipid lowering by regulating blood lipid balance.
