一种基于移动作业终端变电站二次安措信息化管理系统 被引量:4

摘要 目前变电站二次安措票采用人工编写,工作量大,效率低,易出错,同时因为安措票需要现场实勘各类信息,纸质票不便于异地审核签发,归档查询,无法实现安措票的全闭环管理。通过研究运检人员安措票实施过程的工作习惯,基于移动作业终端整合多个安措相关应用模块开发了安措移动作业APP,设计了各类参与角色在安措中的权限及审批流程,建立一套完整的二次安措信息化管理系统,通过该系统可以实现安措信息的全过程收集及无纸化办公,实现了二次安措的全流程管控,同时该系统具备完整的安全策略,可以保证系统运行的安全性。该技术在江苏宿迁500kV钟吾变进行了应用。结果表明,该系统可大大提高检修人员的开票速率和准确性,方便了二次安措票的管理,进一步提高了二次安措的信息化建设水平。 At present, the substation's secondary safety bill is manually compiled, with heavy workload, low efficiency and easy to make mistakes. At the same time, because the safety bill needs on-site investigation of all kinds of information, the paper method is not convenient for remote examination and issuance, filing and inquiry, can not achieve the full closed-loop management of safety bill. Through researching the working habits of the operators in the process of implementing the security bill, and based on the integration of multiple security related application modules by the mobile operation terminal, this paper develops the security mobile operation APP and designs the various roles involved in the security bill. The authority and approval process, the establishment of a complete set of secondary security information management system, through the system can achieve the whole process of security information collection and paperless office, to achieve the whole process of secondary security management and contro. At the same time, the system has a complete security strategy, which can ensure the security of the system operationl. The technology has been applied in the 500kV Zhongwu Transformer in Suqian, Jiangsu Province. The results show that the system can greatly improve the invoicing speed and correctness of maintenance personnel, facilitate the management of secondary security invoicing, and further improve the level of information construction of secondary security measures.
